Are you ready to step into a challenging role with Advantage Resourcing? We're on the lookout for a Loader to join our vibrant team in Sulphur, LA.
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Training Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Shifts Available: Day Shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or Evening Shift 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
As a Loader with Advantage Resourcing, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations in Sulphur, LA. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading bulk products and raw materials from trucks and railcars, ensuring product integrity and compliance with safety standards. You'll conduct pre-loading inspections, manage pump and tank lineups, and provide sampling for lab analysis. Additionally, you'll maintain professional relationships with customers, perform minor equipment maintenance, and ensure all procedures and documents are up to date. Whether you're on the day shift or evening shift, you'll contribute to our team's success and help drive our operations forward.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Forklift operating ability.
- Can handle 50 lb hoses and full oil drums (approx. 45 lbs).
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Associate degree or technical certification.
- 3+ years of experience in an operations plant environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Data interpretation ability.
- Team player with multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.
