What You'll Do
As a Line/Grill Cook II, we entrust in you to be a leader in the operation and have a passion for training other associates, as well as delivering on customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes
- Responsible for setting up food preparation lines including grill, saute, fry cooking station, and pantry lines.
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items
- Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station
- Serve menu items compliant with established standards
- Collaborate with team members and chefsto develop new menu items
What it Takes
- High School or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to obtain WI Food Handlers License
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility
- Ability to multi-tsk and able to follow written or verbal instructions
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
