ELS is hiring for the position of Housekeeper in Fremont, Wisconsin.

Your job will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as restrooms, resort office, and other areas when applicable.

  • Cleaning Rental Units for our guests.

  • Recording cleaning supply inventory.

  • Reporting any maintenance concerns in common areas or rentals to the Management Team.

  • Being cross trained in other departments.

  • Responding to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience and concern alongside the Management Team.

  • Solving guest-related problems and addressing conflicts with a positive attitude.

  • Maintaining open communications and ensuring the resort team is integrated and coordinated.

  • Providing outstanding customer service.

  • Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

  • Attending team meetings.

  • Dressing professionally in your assigned company apparel.

  • Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Experience & skills you need:

  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.

  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
