Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.
About the team
The team you would be part of is responsible for all aspects of support and management of our clients who contract with us for their retail digital payment needs from: Bill Pay (both business and retail), Zelle, People Pay and External Transfer. Part of the team performs client support for all FIS clients responding via phone or email to 'how to' or 'where to' questions from our client's support and operations teams. Another part of the team works directly with these same clients on a more strategic need, helping increase adoption and usage of the payment products as well as grow our partnerships and relationships to retain our clients.
